With comprehensive experience across ecommerce, marketing and brand management, Stephanie specialises in working with CEOs and founders to take direct-to-consumer companies to the next level. Originally from France, she’s spent the last eight years in Australia – spearheading the growth of two Australian beauty brands to become leaders in their respective niches (Sand & Sky and Bellabox). After multiplying the Bellabox subscriptions base by four, she co-created and launched Sand & Sky. Quickly becoming one of Australia’s most globally acclaimed and award-winning skincare brands, Sand & Sky hit a double-digit-million dollar revenue within its first year. Stephanie also sat on the executive team of the iconic retail brand kikki.K. Here she led the brand’s digitalisation with success against a backdrop of Covid-related challenges. Earlier this year, Stephanie joined Ecosa as CMO. Doubling the growth rate in just two months, she is also owning the next steps of brand development.
